It was done correctly and in as little time as possible.

Not finished yet.. We first contacted them last winter.  First it was too cold to climb on a ladder outside (understandable), then it was too wet in the Spring, then we didn't hear anything for a long time.  We called and were told they were trying to find someone to do the work.  Then someone started the job and was only here sporadically.  The latest is the owner is not at all happy with the work that has been done so far.They have found someone else to do the job and will start it all over this week.  I guess we'll see.
  

Some accepts of their work was good but in some accepts I had some issues with them. They did some damage to my house in the process.  I did not like the way they conducted themselves. I needed some furniture removed from the attic and in the process damaged the wall paper.  They would not listen to me and behaved in a hot headed manner. Though I try to fix it up they had damaged the wall. The problem was that they had a different attitude. I will not use them in the future.

Everything went very well.  I initially thought that House Doctors forgot about me when I asked for a quote because I saw their business card in the door but had not received a quote.  I had called and left a voice mail and the quote showed up in my email a few days later.  After that, we scheduled the work to be done a few weeks later, due to all of the rain.  They showed up when promised.  There was a little confusion with the worker who was doing the work on what I wanted for the garage door.  I had to explain a few times that I wanted all of the trim around the garage door replaced.  They originally thought that I just wanted the brick molding replaced because that was obviously rotted but I pointed out some hidden rot that was covered up with paint.  After that he understood and set off to get the materials.

The first day they replaced the 3/4 of the garage door trim, the second day they finished the trim and brought the large ladders to complete the rest of the items.

It would use  House Doctors again because for things like this you can't get some normal contractors to take your job because it is to small of a job.

  Work was very professional and well done.    However, getting someone here for the estimate was a tedious and SLOW process.    I would use them again because of the quality of the work, but the estimate process would have to be GREATLY    improved.

They seemed to do a good job. I wasn't around when they did it, but it looked fine when it was done.

They have done a lot of work for me in the past and their work is excellent. The actual craftsman work of the different guys that come out to do the stuff is very good. It isn't the workers but it is the guy who does the estimate and gathers all the papers for me who is not punctual. I wouldn't have dealt with him if the people he was sending me weren't so good.

I FEEL LIKE HE SAW I WAS AN OLDER WOMAN AND HE COULD TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME. WHAT HE DIDN'T KNOW IS I HAD A FATHER, FATHER-IN-LAW AND A HUSBAND WHO WERE CARPENTERS. I WAS TAUGHT BY MY DAD, I KNOW WHAT CAN BE DONE AND HOW IT SHOULD BE DONE.............I WAS RIPPED OFF...........

They were excellent and provided an excellent price.

One worker was here and was very nice. He stained varnished and put up the trim and reset a door frame, so the door would close. He was here for two days, and even took the ledge home to finish varnishing it over night.

The service was prompt and competent. The price was a bit more than I had planned on paying, but the company is excellent and is probably worth the cost.
