Kyle my contact was great this guy is top notch. He even jumped in and helped with the move because one of his movers mother had passed so he gave the guy the day off. Kyle is the best and so is Hoover the Mover!

The driver was given the wrong address, so the crew arrived 2 hours later than the designated start time. A major storm the night before had knocked out power lines and the driver had trouble reaching the sales representaive for the correct address. The temperature reached 106 degrees this day and the power was out at the residence I was moving from, so no air conditioning. The movers did an excellent job in the extreme heat. The movers were very polite and professional.
Given the nature of the business, the sales representative should have made sure the addresses were correct, but beyond that, the movers did a good job.

They came out and gathered all the information to give me a quote, but never sent me the quote.
On the Saturday he gathered the information, he told me he would have a quote to me early the next week. A week and a half later, still no quote. No attempts to contact me at all.
Would definitely not use them if this is how they treat prospective customers.

I was not at all impressed. The movers could have been stronger. They were absolutely exhausted with moving the furniture. I didn't feel all that comfortable with them (as far being secure that nothing would be dropped). They took an unbelievable amount of time inventorying items when they picked them up. They didn't seem to care about the inventory when delivering them.
