Dennis give me a price contingent on the pictures that I sent he come out done the repair held to his price. He repaired a ceiling in my bathroom that was falling down I thought I was gone after pay hundreds of dollars but he did it efficiently at low cost

Dennis tore down the basement bedroom s ceiling to view and repair a water freezing issue from my Master Bath. He then repaired the issue and re-insulated the water lines going to the Master Bath. He then dry walled the open spot in the ceiling, mudded, sanded and then matched the texture of the repaired ceiling to the rest of the ceiling. Finally, he painted the entire bedroom ceiling and it looks as though nothing was done. He was prompt every day and communicated what he was doing during the whole process. He was professional and very personable and flexed around my schedule. All the work was accomplished in just 3 days!!

I think he charged too much and didn't complete whole job! He left the concrete blocks in the ground and I had to dig them up to finish .the job, 20 blocks total!!
