Very friendly and professional first contact by phone, met with accommodating scheduling and timely quote. All items completed on time, as quoted. Pricing is probably average or a little high for the industry, but service and performance far exceed the standard. Will not hesitate to take my vehicle back to this Hires the next time it needs serviced!

I called to get a quote and they gave me the lowest quote so I took it to them. Once they inspected it in person the quote went up higher. When I called them I noted that they said free brake inspection but when we told them we weren't going to get the work done at their place they said that they would charge us $24.95 for the inspection. Whoever I talked to didn't tell me about the charge for the inspection.

They normally do an excellent job including checking for possible future problems, recommending upcoming additional services, but do it without pressuring to do it with them. Always feel I can ask questions and that get good service. Also, they stand behind their work.

They do a good job and usually get my car in and out quickly. They don't try sell me services that I don't need. Being a female, I feel that I can trust them to not try and pull one over on me.
