I noticed a leak on my garage floor as I was leaving for work. I have been working on cars for years, and had never seen a fluid this color/consistency. I took it to Hires for their opinion. It ended up being a broken transmission coolant line leading from the radiator (GM decided to engineer it this way for some reason). The coolant and transmission fluid was all mixed together.
The service writer called me right away to tell me what was wrong with it. After I approved the work, they replaced the radiator, charged the AC, and flushed all the coolant. They had it done that day, and it was ready for me to pick up after work. The facility is very nice, and everyone was very courteous and helpful.
I will be taking all my cars there from now on. Their prices are reasonable, and much cheaper than the dealer.

I am able to drive car into the oil change bay and usually don't have to wait long to have it changed and ready to go. I usually go on a week day, shortly after the lunch hour. The last time I was there it only took 20 minutes!
