 + -1 moreWhenever we call for a cleaning, we are able to talk with Mr. Rivera directly. He handles his own calls, and does most of the work himself. Thus, we've established a good relationship with him during the past few years, and have been happy with his responsiveness, professionalism, and rigorous cleaning process. He doesn't use traditional soaps, like other other carpet-cleaning clowns. Enzyme treatments clean from the root of the fiber, without leaving residues like soaps do.
Description of Work: Mr. Rivera has cleaned carpets for our houses three times. We first learned of them when our rental tenants hired him. The carpet was a disgusting mess of dog hair, ketchup stains, and traffic wear. The work comprised two large rooms, approx 12x20, three bedrooms, a hallway, and the stairs. Mr. Rivera did a pre-sweep, an enzyme treatment, steam-cleaning, and finally dried the carpets with multiple fans. The end result was remarkable: the carpets looked new, saving us thousands of dollars in potential carpet replacement.
