DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Richard Hartwig was recommended to us by a friend. We had difficulty getting in contact with him. He got our address and stopped by without calling first, and we were not home. He called and said he would leave his card. He did and I called him. He said he would get back to us with an estimate, and we never heard from him again. I found out later that he didn't.want the job because of.our steep rood, but, hey, a phone call telling us that would have been nice.
