They were just too expensive. They did good work, were on time. I had used hem quite a bit but I just can't afford that expense all the time even though they are good.

When Rick Hartman came to our house to give us the quote, he was very prepared. He had a folder for us with his recommendations, information about the furnaces he offered and even a preliminary quote which he had made, based on what we had told him we needed.
It was a nice surprise that his quote included the cleaning of all our air ducts. I'm a little embarrassed to say that we had never had that done. But when the subcontractor Rick uses came to do it, it was obvious that it was a very valuable service to have done.
On the day the HVAC system was to be installed, Rick came with his men first thing in the morning to make sure everything was going to go smoothly. And, no surprise, it did!
We are very happy with our new system and would recommend Hartman Bros. highly.
