Description of Work: made an appointment for 9:00 am. Arrived 5 minutes till 9:00. Waited until 9:25 then asked how much longer I would have to wait.They did not know so I cancelled my appointment and left.. Office very dirty -everyone in blue jeans. Why take appointments if they do not honor them?

 + -1 moreThey said I need to come get my paperwork and told me to take them to their "professional" office on Illinois Rd. Why have a tax office if you can't handle an intermediate level return!!
Description of Work: I took my paperwork into HR block for my taxes and after they spent 2 hours trying to do them, they called me to say they were not sure how to handle the exercises of stock options and covered calls despite the fact I already did the D1 for them on the calls. ($300.00)
