We took the car in initially to have it fixed and they explained that they would have to order the dome light wiring and there was nothing wrong with the lighter. When I showed them that the lighter wasn't working, they explained that 'nothing was mechanically wrong' and refused to look at it further. I then called the manager and explained the problem, he told me to bring the car back in and it would be fixed.
Low and behold, the fix worked for about 2 days and was out again. I called back in and this time was told that the initial agreement was met and I would have to pay for subsequent repairs. I declined, but inquired again about the dome light wiring and was assured the part was on order.
I called in once a week for 3 months inquiring about the wiring and couldn't get anything done.
I traded the car in a few months ago for something better, only to receive a call that the wiring was in. Glad it came in after 10 months.
ridiculous.
There's more to this story but I can't divulge it yet.
