My unhappiness with Gleave if far too great to list on this site. I invite anyone interested in the quality of the work done by this firm to contract me directly and I will be happy to provide them with a tour of my farm and the work done by Gleave. I will let them judge for themselves on the quality.

The work was fine, but communication was horrible. Their original quote was wrong by thousands -- an "error" according to the salesman. They don't return phone calls in a timely manner. They scheduled the installation and then their crew didn't show up. Then they pushed installation by a week. We attempted over 5X to get an accessory installed after the installation -- and the salesman never followed up. We ended up having another company install the accessory.
In fairness, we had a service issue with the gate and it was repaired quickly.
