Overall the manager(s) handled the situation well and delivered as promised, however, there were a few inconveniences.
About three months ago I had my car in to have the side mirror replaced. They offer a shuttle service that was prompt and the driver was very professional and friendly, good experience regarding the shuttle service. I was called by the manager and informed that the main piece of the side mirror was replaced however the plastic aesthetic cover was overlooked when the parts were ordered and would need to be ordered, would be in 3 days or so, and I would receive a call when it came in. Two months went by and I had not received a call (granted, I hadn't called them to check the status either). During the two months time my check engine had come on so I called and set up an appointment to have the side mirror piece and check engine light diagnostics completed.
Again I used the shuttle service and it was prompt and the driver was very friendly and professional. The diagnostics revealed a need for a charcoal canister replacement, and the quoted price was reasonable. I did not have time to leave my car long enough that day for the charcoal canister repair and scheduled another day to have the engine repairs. When I arrived to pick up my car I noticed that yes, the side mirror plate had been put on, unfortunately, it was not the correct color to match my other side mirror. When I pointed this out to the manager he was professional and apologized and indicated it would be fixed of course at no cost.
Shuttle service used again for third visit, was prompt, friendly and professional. Unfortunately when I arrived to pick up my car, I still had one silver and one black side mirror because the correct one had not been installed. The manager on duty was a different manager but was also professional and apologetic and courteous and researched and found that the part had not come in and that was why it wasn't changed. I was told again it would take just a couple days and I would receive a call. After a week I did not receive a call, called in, and was told the part was there and I could stop by and they would put it on quickly while I wait. Also when I came to pick up the car the repair price was slightly higher than what I had been quoted, when I pointed this out it was corrected.
The engine is running well, I have not had any additional issues with the check engine light and the engine service comes with a 12 month unlimited mile warranty on the work performed.
The cost was very reasonable for the work performed and although there were some minor issues they were handled well by the management and I would use them again for any future auto repairs.

Fort Wayne Toyota is always very professional and friendly to deal with. In the 7 years we've been going there, since we bought a Toyota Sienna, we've had many positive experiences. They are timely, and reasonably priced if you take advantage of their coupons. And, no high pressure sales to do more than what you want.

While we were returning home from vacation, all the maintenance lights went on in our van. Concerned there could be something seriously wrong, we took it in to have them look at it. After spending about a half hour of their time, they determined that we probably had gotten bad gas on the way home and turned the lights off. They suggested we run the gas tank to nearly empty before filling it up again. They said if the lights came back on again, to bring it back in. Turns out they were right! After we did as they said, they lights never cam back on. So thankful they took the time to look at it! PLUS, they never charged us to look at it!!

We took the car in because we got an alarming warning light. The service staff reassured us that it was okay to drive and we made an appointment. They corrected the problem under warranty at no cost to us and very fast. We also had them do some routine service while we were there and we were happy with it. Prices aren't fabulous but they do inspire confidence with their professionalism and ability to handle everything imaginable on a hybrid. We were very satisfied and will go back again.

Very prompt service. Free Wi-Fi in the waiting room, but it is sometimes not accessible. I may go to have my car serviced and wait for it. The functioning Wi-Fi would be great so that I can work while I wait. Coffee is instant (bleah) and powdered cream, as expected in an auto shop waiting room. There is no reason why they have to have bad coffee.
Cheerful repair desk and service people. Nice men who are helpful. Some repair shops employ women. This one only employs visible women in the office part of the shop. The guys always do a good job on my car, but my experience with a lady tech in the past tells me that women have a different sense of what you need done to your car. I'd encourage them to train some gals for these jobs.
The last Toyota I owned is now in my son's possession and has 300K miles on it. It is still running daily full of kids. This dealership takes good care of their good product. I will buy another Toyo.
Watch for charges for unnecessary things that they may assume you want, like a car wash. Ask how to keep your bill down
by removing unneeded inspections, unneeded air filters, the car wash, and other items that are not essential to an oil change.
I will keep going back, but I will bring my own coffee.

Generally always very positive experience. They give you coupons that you don't know exist (and didn't ask for). Went for an oil change/30,000 mile service and they found my waterpump was leaking, replaced it under warranty so didn't have to pay anything for it. My total was less than I expected (coupon). They took us back and fourth to the mall despite the fact that it was the weekend and they don't usually have a shuttle that day. The only thing I've ever been unhappy about is the last time, when I pulled in there was a group of about 3-4 workers standing there. As soon as I got out of the car and up to the desk (where they were standing) they all walked away and left us waiting at the counter for a few minutes before someone noticed we were there. That was the only thing I've ever not been pleased with.

I was able to take the car in over my lunch hour to get the full 5000 mile service performed. They completed the service in a reasonable amount of time. The service included an oil change, tire rotation, fluid check, car wash and other normal maintenance activities. After the service was completed, I showed a service manager my driver's side carpet mat (an option on the car) that after 4 months had developed a hole. He stated that the carpet should not have worn through that quickly, and that he would check about getting me a new mat. After 7 days, I have not heard back yet. That was the only disappointing aspect of the service. I have found their service to be quick and efficient.
