Generator Service
Very pleased with the entire process. I put a query on their site's contact page, they were in touch with me within 24 hours. Came to the house at a mutually convenient time, and sent me a detailed estimate before the day was out. Agreed to terms and equipment, and they were out the next business day to install the concrete pad. Actual device installation was 10 days later (wasn't in stock, had to be ordered from the manufacturer), and it was a large crew who came. Plumber for the natural gas line, a couple electricians, and tech staff to bolt the generator to the pad, install the "smart" switch for automatic activation if/when main power goes down, tune the equipment and finish up the installation with a "hard" test (cutting off power to make sure auto-switch worked, which it did quite well). They were professional, polite, helpful and really efficient.
