Heating and Air Conditioning Service
We came home from vacation in Fla. and our furnace had quit.
We called Ed Merz (over the week-end) and he came out on Monday...
He saw what was wrong (heat exchanger had gone bad) and ordered the parts.
It seemed to take quite long for the parts to arrive (a week or so) and then they came to repair the furnace.
Our only complaint is that he is hard to reach at times and doesn't always get back with us in a timely manner.
The work is EXCELLENT!!
We will always use Merz for our furnace and air conditioning needs!
