To insure your satisfaction we provide a 24 month, 24,000 mile guarantee on most of our work! Professionalism: We provide a professional atmosphere from top to bottom and beyond! Our professional service staff, including Neal McFeters is ready to answer any questions, make appointments and get you and your car back on the road as quickly and efficiently as possible. Friendly Service: We strive to provide the most efficient and friendly service possible. We give you the attention and time that you deserve. We are here to help in any way we can! Cleanliness: We keep our waiting area and service bays extremely clean. This helps our employees safe, and your vehicle as well. We also make sure your vehicle is as clean if not in better condition than when it entered our shop. Convenience: For your convenience, we offer our "Early Bird Drop off Service" which allows you to drop off your car anytime, day or night. Shuttle Service: 8am to 5.30 pm Monday through Friday. Ed's Car Care Center is very professional, thorough, and honest. I was updated throughout the day as to progress of the repair. Your invoice will include every detail of the service including everything that was looked at, tested, and replaced. Ed is a Christian who has a great reputation for being honest. The repair was costly but it was hard to locate the problem and so was time consuming.

They towed my car within hours of my initial call. They checked out the car completely, advised me of the problem and asked my approval to proceed. A new battery was installed and the car was checked completely. I was advised of what appeared to be some possible future problems that will need to be addressed. The personnel are very professional and personable, my car was ready when promised and clean as a pin when I picked it up.

They are very reliable and tell you exactly what they are going to do before they do it. They don't try to force other junk on you like a lot of places do. I have no quibbles with them whatsoever and I would definite use them again.

Great place, and very honest. The cost of diagnostics was a little high, but trusting what they did was worth it. When it's hard to find a trustworthy shop, these guys make it easy. Easy to get in. All I needed was new spark plugs, and an air filter. The dealership would have wanted to do a LOT more for a lot more money. These guys saved me a lot!

They focus on diagnostics. It takes a little longer, but they have a complete picture of the vehicle. We spoke with a one person throughout the experience. We split the repairs into two parts because we needed a vehicle during the repairs. The price was not their fault. It was overall a good experience.
