We have used Dennis and his service since the 1980's. He has virtually become part of the family. If we have questions about anything on the outside of the house in the way of plants/trees/etc, Dennis gets the call. He is incredibly honest and professional. He does not sugar-coat issues he finds with our trees/plants. My wife and I trust him implicitly. Dennis documents his receipts with any and all information that we need with respect to all of his visits to our home. He makes sure that we have instructions that we need in order to watch for unique situations or problems with our live landscape items. He also provides recommendations/solutions to any issues he might detect during a visit. I can think of only one time that we second guessed him and it ended up costing me $500 as a result. In my wife?s and my opinion, Dennis is the premier plant/shrub/tree professional in the greater Fort Wayne area ? not even LML, Patton, Kapp?s, etc measure up and we have used them all over the years.
They are excellent. They are very professional. They are very knowledgeable. They always answer the questions. They offer advices. They give suggestions about some things which I can do myself at my own expense to save money. Their price is extremely fair and reasonable. I never had a single disappointing or unsatisfactory experience with them. My trees are doing great because of their advice. I would recommend them. I would definitely use them in the future.
