Appointment went great. The vet and vet tech took the time to answer all of my questions. My new dog and I felt very comfortable while we were there. They took extra time with him to make him feel relaxed as he is sometimes skittish due to his history. I would highly recommend this vet office. They truly care about you and your pet. Everyone is very nice. He also needed some shots which I wasn't able to get that day, they let me bring him back when I was able and only charged me for the shot. Great place. Your pet will truly like it here.

We use them regularly. The price included some medications that wasn't just a check up.

Dr. Tratnyek has been our regular veterinarian since she worked at Westside Animal Hospital, so when she moved to Dupont Veterinary Clinic we followed, even though it doubled our driving time. She has a wonderful way with the animals. On this occasion, she did a thorough examination of two of our cats, including checking the eyes, ears, teeth, heart, lungs, and manual exam from head to tail. They also checked their weights, and we discussed their diet. Both of these cats have feline herpes, which causes allergy-like symptoms (sneezing, watery eyes), and we also discussed how the lysine treats we've been giving were working (well). In addition, I asked a question about one of our cats who was not there, and we discussed the recent loss of our dog, whom she had treated since he was a puppy.
For our previous appointments regarding our dog, Dr. Rietdorf did the initial examination which revealed he likely had lymphoma, did the bloodwork and took fluid from the lumps in his front and back legs, and contacted me the next day with the results. She explained our options for treatment, cost, side effects, and life expectancy with each one. When the time came for Logan to be put to sleep, Dr. Tratnyek was the one who performed the procedure. The clinic had a blanket out for us to sit on the floor with him, and we gave him treats and attention beforehand. Dr. Tratnyek shed a few tears with us and talked of her memories of Logan, and they allowed us to stay with him as long as we needed. Later, they sent in the mail a bake-able paw print, as well as a card signed by the entire staff. (I feel like they also made a donation in our name, but I'm not positive on that point because a couple of our friends did, too.)
The staff are all helpful and friendly, and the clinic is clean and attractive. It's about a 40 minute drive for us, but we will continue to go there. Dr. Tratnyek and Dr. Rietdorf really care about their clients and patients.

Excellent experience. The staff and doctor are very friendly, knowledgeable and caring especially since our cat is very shy. Will continue to use this clinic.

My wife likes them. They are good people.

The service is very good and very professional. It is a little expensive.
