I have had at least 4 different companies come out to do this same service over the years (big, old trees in the neighborhood). This company was straight forward, no B.S., no intimidating sales tactics of additional work that and quot;shouldand quot; be completed.
He was informative, honest, and professional. He even suggested that I call additional companies to check his quote for the replacement of the clean out access.
I will call Drain Pro's yearly now to perform an annual clean out in order to avoid these situations in the future.
Jeff is very personable, friendly, and professional, even though I'm pretty sure I pulled him away from his supper to get him to drive across town and auger out my drain. He was quite efficient and it didn't take him very long to get the sink drain running freely again. He also spent extra time to make sure the pipes under the sink were reassembled properly and didn't leak. Jeff had my drain gurgling like a Swiss yodeler with a minimum of fuss, and none of the muss.
I can't say enough about how accommodating Jeff was, and how graciously he helped me to understand what the problem was, as well as how to possibly avoid it in the future.
To me, the cost to have Jeff (including the emergency charge) was well worth the peace of mind in having it done right, and done right now.
