They are superior courteous. When you walk through the door, somebody meets you. You don’t have to stand around. They are not cheap and I think their prices are comparable with most people. The only thing that I like about them is you have to make an appointment online.

They have been much better than the other dealership we had. We're enjoying their services. When we bought our vehicle we had already gone through being approved to multiple areas, one of them being our credit union and the credit union had the lowest interest rate that we could find and went to Don Ayres, told them we had that. We had our approval. They've been very good for us. I would continue to use them in the future.

I love going to Don Ayres for my oil change. They check everything out and let me know if anything else is wrong. Their prices are very reasonable. I have used their services many times since my Honda is almost 10 yrs old and I am always treated very well. The waiting room is comfortable. The service managers are very professional. I will buy another Honda for 2 reasons: the cars are very reliable and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for service.

I dropped off my Honda Civic and picked it back up 11 days later. I was told that my car might be ready sooner, but it was not. They did explain that it could take as long as 11 days. Other than my side view mirror, no parts were replaced. I was told that my hood would need to be repainted to blend in the quarter panel that was damaged, however, upon looking at my finished car, it was obvious that my hood was not painted. When I addressed my concerns to the manager, he volunteered that the employee who quoted me should not have told me that my hood would be painted. The manager offered to do the hood for an extra $200 but I did not take the offer.
