Mattresses
The salesman was helpful and polite. The price and quality were acceptable. Unfortunately, the delivery experience was disappointing. The delivery was promised for Aug. 21, 2009, between 3 and 6 p.m. The items did not arrive until 8:30 p.m. The delivery truck backed into my driveway, striking the branches of a mature elm tree in my front yard. Despite the loud cracking sound, the driver continued backing. Several branches were destroyed. I took photographs of the damage and brought them to the store. I faxed tree-repair estimates to the store. I have still not heard from them. I am considering a lawsuit.

Mattresses
I recently purchased a mattress here. The salespeople were knowledgeable and polite without being pushy. They gave me plenty of information and told me why their Dr's Choice brand was as good as/better than more expensive name brands. I purchased the mattress and have been pleased. The showroom is large and brightly lit.
