Although he was very polite, I agree with other reviews to make sure you read all the paperwork. He painted 2 rooms, 1 small halls,4interior doors, a garage door and 6 exterior windows and an exterior door Frame. Who would have thought that door frames and baseboards would not be included in painting rooms? Also I believe he got busy with other work and half stepped our ours. The interior doors were to have 2 coats and he onky did one and they are chipped already. The exterior windows he missed 2 to start and when he came back to paint them they were done half a$$ed and are already chipped and peeling. We paid extra for the garage door which was a brand new door. After the first coat we didnt like the match to the shutters told him we would pay extra for a new color he said it wasn't necessary and he painted it a different color. We did find a wasp nest and we sprayed it. He did get attacked he never once said he needed cleaner for the door and he painted it. Now its all chippe

"As you pointed out with the garage door match when you didn't like the match I corrected it. You were happy with it upon completion. I did do two coats on the doors, and I sprayed the wasp nest myself they attacked me while I was working I removed hundreds of wasps from the wood I was painting and I did clean and prep all surfaces I used vinager and dawn dish soap. I guarantee all my work and said I could repair anything despite this job being years old if paint peeled years later I will fix it but thats really not on me to be responsible for a surface years after completion. I am sorry that you thought door casings, windows and trim would be included in interior wall painting. I did it for you anyways. There was considerable work you never detailed when I bid. I understand you were upset I had other customers booked, but it was my expectation I was doing just walls. trim takes more time and I still fit that additional work you wanted into my schedule at that time. My work is never half a double dollar sign."

Jacob was very professional, he was able to match Spanish lace and did a good job fixing previous painters mistakes. He did all the labor himself and was very tidy and clean. Would definitely hire again he made our remodel easy.

Make sure the scope of the work is completely understood and fully in writing. Completely inspect the work before signing off. I did not do this and regret it.
