DAN'S PAINTING & DRYWALL

Great job. Quote was withing my range. He was easy to schedule and work with. He showed up when he said and got it all done in 1 day. I would hire again.

The team arrived promptly at 8 am, and left promptly at 4:30 every day. They cleaned up and organized their supplies at the end of every day, to keep a path clear for my family. The job took exactly the time Dan quoted us. His team was courteous and polite. The only issue we ran into was some minor misunderstandings over details, ie. the painting of built in book shelves in our living room. Overall, I was very pleased with the work, and would hire this company again.

This type of work always takes several applications of drywall compound. It took several visits to finish it properly.

They spray painted inside my house instead of using a roller and paint brush. When they spray painted they got paint all over the things we weren’t able to move out of the way. I also had a leak in the bathroom, and instead of repairing the ceiling they just spray painted over it, and now the paint is falling off that spot. After I removed the wallpaper in the bathroom they didn’t take the time to clean up the area, so now it looks like I have shadows on my bathroom walls.

They did a wonderful job on my ceilings and kitchen because they did Spanish Lace, that turned out really well. They didn’t arrive to do work until after 4pm because they were working on a commercial project during the day.

It went very well. Dan gave me his thoughts on colors, which I really appreciated because of the amount of light I get in the rooms. He walked through, gave me ideas and sent me his estimate which I thought was very fair. They were able to get everything done in one day. I could not even tell they had been there except my house looked great.
I would not hesitate to use Dan's Painting and Drywall again.

Came to view the site. We thought it would be a 2 visit job. He said that because he used special plaster, he could do it in one visit. He patched the plaster and painted the ceiling. The patch sagged and he came back. Agreed to redo the job. Said that the problem was cause by painting the ceiling. The painting was done by his associate at the same time he was fixing the plaster. He came the second time, very unhappy to be here. He did not do nearly as good a job of protecting the furniture and carpet nearly as well as he did the first visit. It was raining, so when he finished he cleaned his tools on the front porch, took me more that a half hour to clean up the mess he left. The final results were great, but the experience was not. He will never do anything for us agin

They were there on time or if going to be late, called to let you know. Took less time than I thought and did a very good job.

From the time they came over to do the estimate they were outgoing, easy to get along with, very kind, very patient and very helpful in helping me with paint colors. They made me feel very comfortable and never pressured me into anything; they just made suggestions on what walls to paint with the colors they helped me choose. They were very professional from start to finish. They helped me move my heavy furniture, never made a mess, and covered my furniture and floors. All in all: great quality work!

Dan was the only person that returned my call within 30 minutes. He came out the next day with his partner Jada Chartier and they sent me an estimate within a week. I scheduled the work and they were prompt and had to return 3 times to make sure that the surface was smooth. Dan also suggested cutting out the mold and putting in new drywall rather than jump through all the hoops I was expected to do to get rid of it. EXCELLENT suggestion. THEY DO PAINTING AND POWER WASHING TOO!!!!
