Custom Assured Mechanical, Inc. is a family owned and operated company that specializes in the sale, installation, and service of Heating and Air Conditioning systems. Custom Assured started operations in 1998 and has grown over the years to come to reside in our current facility located on Independence Drive in Fort Wayne. We are a company that is big enough to offer an extensive lineup of services and products to meet any heating and cooling need you may have, yet small enough to offer you personal service.

As far as the furnace and duct cleaning itself went, the service person arrived promptly and was polite and professional. He cleaned the furnace thoroughly removing all of the drywall dust and other debris. It involved removing main parts and giving them a thorough wash.
He then proceeded to work on cleaning all of the air ducts from the point of entry from the furnace and A/C units to the end ducts. He was very meticulous assuring that no additional dust escaped into the house from the ducts. I'm very allergic to dust so this was a great experience for me (no coughing and sneezing) as I was there the entire time the service person was performing these tasks.
I had learned my lesson with the former company I had been using and had not monitored throughtout the process to assure that the cleaning was thorough. The furnace was not easy to open to inspect the previous work so I watched this time to learn how to open up the furnace door to monitor its cleanliness from now on.Additional filters were added later for each floor duct. I inspected my room air cleaners, having replaced their filters following this service call, and was very pleased to see that they were not overly covered with dust as had been my previous experience following the other company's and quot;cleaningand quot;.
I was very pleased throughout the process and it was refreshing to have people who cared about the quality of their work and me as a new customer. I look forward to working with them in future and I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others.
