About us
Courtney is a friendly, knowledgeable Realtor dedicated to achieving results and providing exceptional service. Forming close-knit relationships with her clients and great communication are two things she prides herself on. Courtney graduated from Indiana University in 2012 where she earned her Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Culture along with a double minor in Human Development/Family Studies and Apparel Merchandising. Upon returning to her hometown of Fort Wayne, she decided to embark upon a career in real estate. This decision came naturally as she comes from a long line of family members in the industry. In fact, she’s fourth generation! Her Father, Jeff Godfrey of Carriage Place Homes, shared his passion for building homes with her starting at a young age. Because of him, she knows what it takes to be successful in this business and has acquired a passion and desire to help others find their dream home. Starting in July of 2012, Courtney worked as an administrative assistant to a broker/owner in the industry. During that time she took a real estate course and earned her license in September of 2012. The experience there allowed her to observe the behind-the-scenes aspects of real estate transactions and taught her how to overcome any obstacles that may come her way. Courtney Godfrey is now a Full-time Associate Broker/Realtor at North Eastern Group Realty. Courtney is excited to be apart of a reputable company like North Eastern Group Realty. Regardless of your real estate needs, Courtney possesses the knowledge, enthusiasm and dedication to assist in accomplishing your goals.
