Wonderful.

I find the fee a very poor way to treat a customer. If I was charging $.50 for a cup of coffee, I understand it. However, their prices are certainly high enough for their credit card fees to be a business expense. Won't be using them again. My impression is that the local owner does not have the ability to not charge the fee, it is ordered by the home office. Could lose her some other business in Fort Wayne area also.

It was great. The manager was very nice and they were so very responsive. The cleaners showed up on time and did a great job cleaning my home. I have hired them to come once a month for total housecleaning.

Excellent. The staff is very thorough and trustworthy. They provide a reminder call when they are coming.

I got tired of Cottage Care. They were getting ready to increase their price. The reason why I terminated them was because, they kept saying there were things that they could not do. I thought it was crazy, she kept saying that it was OSHA. I said what, OSHA says that you can't clean up pet pee. They should be not so, "We can't do that" type of people.

They went above and beyond my expectations and my house looks great!  I am thrilled with the results.  I will be having them come for bi-weekly cleaning going forward and can't wait!

Great.

Friendly, cooperative, hard workers!

They do a great job even getting down and scrubbing the tile floors. They use pet friendly cleaners. They have their own supplies and cleaners. The ladies are very professional.

The call for the estimate was pretty straightforward and the price quoted seemed in line with other services.They showed up a few minutes later than the range of time given (Said they would be there between 12 and 1, showed up at about 1:10).
One person came at that time and another followed a half hour or so later. Not uniformed, but altogether very pleasant folks. Supervisor stopped by during the cleaning and took a tour, not really much feedback to give her at the time since they were only partially done. It would seem to make sense to come after they are done.
They did call the next day but wasn't able to take the call.

They do a good job. They are on time. They're pleasant. They get stuff done pretty quickly. I much prefer them to other once that I've use.

I think I just used Angie's List to find them. They are really good. I would give them an A. Their responsiveness was really good.

I selected them based on previous Angie's List reviews. I had recently cancelled service with another provider that was just not doing an adequate job.
Cottage Care did an excellent job on the first major cleaning the their follow up visits have been excellent as well. We've used them for 2 months now with excellent service.
What I like about them, especially compared with our previous service is the communication. Each time they clean I receive a phone call from the manager the day before to confirm the appointment and ask about any special needs. I've received follow up from their management asking how they are doing. How refreshing!
They show up on time on a specific date every other week. They are very prompt and professional. The service performed is very good. I highly recommend them.

We originally selected Cottage Care because their price was the best in town. The first time we used them, they did an okay job so we invited them back for our pre-Christmas housecleaning. This time, they only sent one girl and she appeared to be in a bad mood from the outset. I left her alone and she went about cleaning. Overall, she did do an okay job. Her supervisor even came to inspect...I liked that. It wasn't until the next day, during Christmas dinner, that the shortcomings started to show. In more than one location, the dusting was only a swipe. It was very obvious once we got down to look at surface level. This wasn't new dust that had settled, there was an obvious swipe where the cleaner only made a half-hearted attempt. We will not be having them back.

They are all about the same really, and nothing stands out.

We are pretty happy with Cottage Care. We did some price shopping and they were comparable if not below the rest. They also call to confirm an appointment and never miss one.

They did a great job. They were always prompt. They did a great job with the cleanings and the cost was reasonable.

They are very, very good. They are thorough, polite, and very accommodating.

This team is thorough and gracious! They even go so far as to get down on their knees and clean the tile flooring. Stains on the carpet? They'll apply one of our stain removers and work it up, the proper way, by blotting. We are reminded of their pending visits the day before, and they are very accommodating of requests such as please only clean the guest bedrooms and bath once a month, unless we ask otherwise. They have noted that guests are coming for Easter so will focus on that space both before and after the holiday...and they reminded me! We have hired them to clean my father-in-law's house before putting in on the market. I am totally confident that they will do a wonderful job.

I have been using the services of Cottage Care for about a year and am completely happy with them, which is the first time I can say that about a cleaning service. They bring all their own equipment and supplies, and the cleaning products they use leave the house smelling fresh, with no heavy perfume or industrial pine fragrances.
