1. The sales person was not much of help in selecting the color and how it would go with our flooring and back splash.
2. The sales person could not give us an rough estimate, as she put it "Need to talk to the owner". Are you kidding me?
3. The product that was delivered to my house only had one sink but we requested two sinks. Why in the world would they think it was ok to have one sink on a vanity that is 10 feet long. We ended up paying extra to get this changed.
4. The finished product looked ok but leaked water into the bottom cabinet due to poorly installed overflow tube as it was disconnected from the sink. They globbed on silicon sealant and it obviously did not hold the joint. Instead of calling them I decided to fix it myself.
Would never do business with company in the future. My subcontractor was apologetic and was willing to reimburse me for their mistake but it was not his fault.
"The [Member Information Removed] took almost two years to post this review after her contractor completed the work. Angie's list did not notify us a review had been posted and we were just made aware of the review 08/07/2016 We use The Better Business Bureau. 1. We do not sell flooring or back splash tile. The designers offer counter top color selections and suggestions but ultimately it is the customers decision to make a color choice. 2. The customers contractor said he would discuss the pricing with the homeowner and he paid for the counter top himself, he wrote the check and billed [Member Information Removed] himself. 3. On 08/25/2014 at 2:39 P.M. the [Member Information Removed] emailed the designer asking for a quote for a 73" x 22" top not a 120" x 22" top. All pricing was forwarded to the customers contractor as he (contractor) specifically requested. We do go to the job site and digitally template all Corian jobs before ordering any material and the [Member Information Removed] or their contractor has to review drawing with us and sign and date before we start production. So yes, when we templated the job and had the correct measurements and found it had two bowls instead of one, it did cost more. The [Member Information Removed] or contractor had to approve and also sign a [Member Information Removed] agreement showing the exact cost before production started. We never start production until a final price is agreed upon and signed for, which we have on record. 4. We installed the digitally templated top and installed it on existing vanity's. The contractor installed all plumbing fixtures, and connected drains or his plumber did, overflow tubes come in a sealed package and have to be installed by the plumber or contractor, this was not contracted through our company. This review is not accurate, We have a complete file and contracts for review on hand. Please review our Better Business Bureau rating since 1988 and business Entity since 1968. Also Angie's list should verify the facts with both parties before posting a lopsided review. Thank you"
"Regrettably there was a flaw in the manufacture of the countertop. The manufacturer compensated the homeowner who was kind enough to accept what had been made. Copper River Cabinet Company takes seriously the satisfaction of the people who entrust us with their remodeling or new construction project. Over 40 years and thousands of well-satisfied customers have given us a fine reputation, so to see a poor grade given, even when justified, is unacceptable. For hundreds of positive surveys, stop by our showroom and peruse our customer survey book. Mike Thomas, Co-owner"
