They accidentally cut the a leader or gutter and fully replaced it with a new one at no additional cost.  The front ends of the shingles appears a little wavy to me but overall the roof is beautiful.

My sellers were thrilled with the quick response.  The repair was done properly and timing was bumped up so that we could close on time.  This seller will be calling Copelands to put a new roof on the home they just purchased.  Very satisfied customer.

Michael was very punctual for our appointment.  He provided me with a prompt summary of what I need to replace a roof on an older home.  During this visit he was also able to accommodate another request I had to inspect another roof for repair (I had not scheduled this earlier but the location was very close).  He was able to provide me with two options regarding the repair after he inspected the roof.  I look forward to working with him in the future.

Copeland roofing did a roof inspection  and found a few small problems.   they were fixed and he was professional  enough to mention that the chimney flashings  would need repair in the future.  I elected to fix the chimney so it would not need any future maintenance........... the price and time were agreed upon and the work done in a timely manner......

He did a really nice job. It was good a good price too.  People could not believe the price. I like him really as person.  I would recommend him.

Michael and crew were very professional.  Worked when said they would be here; very careful with debris; completed detailed cleanup each day; and they were very courteous.  End result is outstanding!  Highly recommend him.

The professionalism the excellent work of Copeland was expected and received.  They returned my initial call within one day and were out to make the inspection and needed repairs within two days after that.  I have already decided to use them again in the fall for additional attic insulation.

I would recommend them for all types of room repairs.

When we called early in the morning he said he would get here to take a look within the next couple of days when he was in the area but assured us he would have it water tight before it rained on Wednesday.  He called back around noon to say he was in the area and asked if he could come take a look.  We said sure.  He came over, took a look and asked if we had the any of the shingles.  We had just the couple that had blown off.  He said would be about $30 dollars if he could use our shingles or match them with samples he had.  It would be more if he had to buy them.  He went up with our shingles, fixed the roof and charged us exactly what he said.  We had also asked about the condition of the roof.  Told us what kind of shingles we had.  That we had about another 5 years on the roof but that they we subject to wind damage.  He wrote the kind of shingles on the back of the card so that if/when we called again we could tell him what kind of shingles so he would have them when he came.  Was pleasant and professional.  Will be using him again/

Very efficient. Came out to look at project and gave an estimate. We committed. The next week he called to set a time. Michael and a helper finished the job in 3 hours.

Did not show up on day scheduled., but when called he arrived on the next date we set and completed the work.to our satisfaction.  We would use him again.

He was here the next day to look at our roof. We were missing a few shingles and curious if it was time for replacement. We had a few other quotes before him that went poorly; they were just trying to trick us into replacing our roof before it was really necessary. Copeland Roofing was honest and told us we had 5 more years left. He patched up our roof for a small fee and sent us an estimate for full replacement because we asked him too. We've had him back again to repair and it was here the same day. He's very honest and has good prices. We will keep using them.

Response was quick to a morn ing call. Made appointment for that evening. Showed up at the scheduled time. Looked at the problem. Did the necessary repair. Did not charge. Amazing that this type of service and consideration exists today. As a baby boomer, I remember when it did but thought those days were over. Don "t look any further. Make Copeland your choice!

Copeland Roofing was recommended to us by several people in our neighborhood. My husband contacted Copeland Roofing and they got right back to him.

The job was done professionally and cleanup was good , i think it was a smooth as it could be and i didnt have to be here which made me happy so i could work .

I had Michael go to the house to give me an estimate for the repairs. I agreed to the work a few days later and he put it on his schedule to show up as soon as time allowed.  He arrived, did the requested repairs and sent an invoice which was for LESS than the quoted amount with the explanation that things moved much quicker than expected so the amount was reduced.  How often does that happen?  
I've had this company do several jobs including, total roof replacement, chimney leaks and small siding repairs and have always been pleased with the results and the prices.
