I spoke with Troy and described how our domain controller (DC) was failing and that I wanted a new one built, loaded and migrated on-site. He knew just what we needed and also had service follow up with me regading the services that we were running on the DC to ensure proper hardware configuration as well as software. Total time from the time I ordered the new DC to be built to the time migration was to be complete was about 3 weeks and the total project was completed in just over 2 weeks!

They explained what was going to happen.. Our machine was really infected with spy ware and viruses. It took 2 hours. We were referred to them by a friend. Our Friend said they did not even charge them because they could not repair the problem at that time.. Their motto is if they can not repair it there is no charge, one has to like that.
