+ -1 morexfinity customer service is worthless. I'd give them less than a one star if I could. Two days for them to come out to fix my internet. Thats tough to deal with when you work from home. I'm dropping these losers.

Description of Work: Installed the Double Play bundle (TV and Internet), premium package, free HBO for 12 months. It's all too expensive, in my opinion, but this was the best deal out there. Fewer HD channels than Verizon Fios, but Verizon is not an option here. Installer was thorough, spent about 90 minutes. Very personable.

+ -1 moreService man was probably the best we ever had . Installed a better connection and installed a "booster" to dramatically improve our service on the computer and the tv.
Description of Work: The service man was very knowledgeable and reviewed our connection problems and installed several new tech devices to improve our service.
