They have been very good, are very proactive and are customer service oriented. We would highly recommend them as well.

terrible. the kid was there for 10 minutes. never got a bill until they turned it over to collections. a 165.00 bill is now 453.99. i would never recommend this unprofessional company to my worse enemy.

They came in to do the work and scared me into buying a new furnace. they charged me double what my service should have been. The home warranty company was the ones that chose them to send them out to my home. The company told me it was not under warranty. I called another company, they came out and fixed all my issues with no charges advised me that the furnace did not need to be replaced. I still have not gotten a refund for the funds that I spent where no work was performed spoke with the president of the company to get a refund he advised me that he would give me at least the refund of what my service call would be from my warranty company. I have yet to receive that.

The price estimate was higher than some others, but based on my neighbor's recommendation, and also based on the detailed estimate, I decided to hire Coe Heating & Air Conditioning.
When installation day came, the technicians arrived on-time and completed the work as scheduled. They removed the old system, then they installed and tested the new system. They were neat and professional. 
My new HVAC system installed by Coe works flawlessly. I would recommend Coe.

This project was smooth from the initial estimate through completion. Ron evaluated the existing system which I knew had to be replaced, and proposed a very reasonable upgrade without any pressure to up sell.He explained what had to be done and why and listened to my objectives and proposed accordingly. After I accepted the proposal, his crew showed up on time and worked efficiently to complete the job. I am pleased with the quality of workmanship and the attention to detail by the crew. They were particularly careful to avoid leaving any dirt behind.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Honest, efficient, quality workmanship at a very fair price.

We called early in the morning and they were able to have someone arrive at our home shortly after lunch time. They called to let us know they were coming. We told them what the furnace had been doing and they were able to tell us immediately what the problem could be.
He quickly found the problem and in detail told us how he checked for it, why it was happening, and how he would repair it. He also replaced a part that was under warranty and being replaced on all York furnaces like ours.
We will being using this company for our yearly maintenance. Our new furnace has a fault history board that helps them diagnose what the problem could be, as well as other safety features with regards to over heating and carbon monoxide. They explained that when they do the maintenance they check to make sure all of those safety features are still working properly to shut the system down if it detects a problem. Our old 1964 furnace did NOT have that, and it feels great knowing I have a company that can keep those things running properly for us !
