I would think twice before hiring this company to install an irrigation system for you. Initially Marc and his wife seemed like a perfect fit to get my lawn irrigation done and done right….unfortunately, I was wrong. After Marc stopped out to evaluate my project, he sent over a quote. Soon after receiving the quote, I contacted his wife to ask her a few additional questions and to put down my deposit. I was told that they could be out to do the install in five week or sooner. They said that since I had a mature lawn, that they should be able to get me in sooner, especially if it rained. I expressed to them that I had an area right outside my patio that was a mud hole and that I needed to get grass going as soon as possible due to two kids and a dog dragging mud into the house all the time. They said that I should just wait until I get the irrigation system installed. Fast forward four weeks and I had not heard a world from CloudBurst, so I gave them a call. Nobody answered, so I left a voicemail. Nobody returned my call. I called again the next week and again nobody answered. A day or so after leaving the second voicemail I get a text. This was around two days from the five-week mark. The text stated that due to rain, they were 2+ weeks behind schedule! I reiterated what they told me and that was that I should have gotten in sooner due to the rain and not later. I also do not know why you would not factor rain during the springtime in Indiana…seems like not factoring for sun in July! I was simply told it was going to be two or more weeks. I then reached out to the plumber they had suggested I contact to install my separate water meter to ask if he knew any other companies that may be able to do the installation of the irrigation system, since I was afraid at this point that CloudBurst was not going to complete the job. The individual said that he was not aware of any other companies that could do that install and asked why I was looking. I stated a shortened version of what I wrote above. He then proceeded to reach out to Marc at CloudBurst. After I had already reached out to the plumber to ask for another reference, CloudBurst sent me a text back and told me that they would work me in a week and a half out. This was still 6.5 weeks and not the 5 weeks that they stated it would be, but I was happy to just get it done. however, after Marc realized that I reached out to the plumber (who is not part of their company) he told his wife to refund my money and that they would not work with me to get the job done. So….I am five weeks out and they are sending my money back! Marc and his wife seem to be nice individuals, but they do not treat their customer’s well nor do they hold to their word. I would suggest looking somewhere else for your irrigation needs!

Mark and his team showed up exactly when they had said they would, called in advance to state they were on their way. I had an issue where the sprinklers would not turn off without shutting the water line off entirely, they diagnosed the problem quickly, corrected the issue, and made the lawn/yard appear as if they were never there. Can't speak highly enough of Cloudburst, Mark, and his entire teams professionalism from initial phone call to completion, highly recommend.

All went well- they fixed the electric line to the outdoor light that had been severed.

It's been great so far. They have installed the entire system and put in the meters to monitor the system. They've done everything but turn on the system. They finished ahead of schedule and have done everything above and beyond what I expected, even using very high quality parts for a great deal.

Always professional and prompt. We have used Mark since the late 1990's. He's very knowledgeable in working with our system. There have been times that we've invited him to be part of our family....that is, until we found out he has a darling family of his own. A+++ for all his years of service!

We are very impressed with both the service and the attitude of this company. It was one of the hottest weeks when we had the system installed but they worked hard and had it all installed in a couple of days.
Once the job was completed and we needed some of the heads ajusted yhey were very responsive.

Have a lot of trees so it took longer than expected. Crew had issues with equipment and rain soaked ground that cost them a lot of time. Number of zones more than quoted, but they installed all for the original quoted price. Preformed free system blowout and system shutdown to compensate for slow install. Very happy with system so far. System is easy to understand and program.

First time we met the owner I jokingly begged him to come live with us due to his upbeat and genuine friendly attitude. It's been like that for years. Even when his crew is working in the freezing rain to get the system up in the Spring...they always are courteous. And I don't want to forget his business partner (his wife) that is in charge of the billing....always friendly! In this day and age it's a pleasure to see a family business that knows what the meaning of "service with a smile" is all about.

They were prompt and professional. I had them come out a second time to make some additional adjustments, which they did without any problem. Nice work!
