They did a phenomenal job. Now, I'm waiting for them to come and do a hardwood installation. I was so impressed with their response as a company. They were very professional and I could totally see their point of view. I was very happy that I picked them. The guy who did the job was meticulous and he was very reliable. It just looks fantastic. I was very happy that's why I'm using them to do a bigger and more expensive job. They did a really great job on the floor. They were very consultative. I had a lot of questions. They came in and explained to me the process and the different applications I can use on top of the wood floor. They answered all my silly questions because I'm not in that business. They were extremely helpful before the project and throughout the project. I enjoyed working with them. It's a family-owned business. They've been around for a while. My experience with them is very good.

The owner showed up as promised very prompt, polite and respected my home. Pat was very detailed and very specific answering my questions regarding different finishes I inquired about before making a decision. The gentleman that did the the floors and quot;Stanand quot; is a true asset to this company, and a craftsman. If you are looking for the real deal look no no further this company will meet and exceed you
expectations. My floors look amazing, I could not be happier.

We paid to have our hardwood floors refinished once before (in another house) and hired a cut-rate company and were disappointed in the results. This time, we opted to go with a company with a much higher rate hoping it would yield premium results, but we were let down once again for different reasons. Classic did a good job with the repairs to the floor and the sanding process, but we were completely disappointed in the stain and finish. When they came to give their estimate, the person promised that he would work with me closely to find a good stain color for the floors, but on the day when a decision about stain had to be made, he was nowhere around and another person--with zero patience--was on the job. Even more frustrating, he brought only two colors of sample stains to the house for us to pick from. A natural one and a very dark one. Then he was perturbed that I had hoped for something in between or at least more than two options, given the promises I had been made at the estimate! Fortunately, I had some samples of my own, and so we tried those out and eventually came up with a mixture that I could live with. And I would emphasize and quot;could live withand quot; since it wasn't our ideal stain. On top of that, the finish dried rather unevenly, leaving some duller parts here and there, which in our large living room really looked bad and unprofessional. The results weren't very satisfying and when I complained, Classic did return to recoat the floors on our first floor (but not on our second) with more polyurethane and they added a slight tint to the finish this time to try to remedy the hue problem with the stain. It helped somewhat and we've learned to live with the floors (carefully choosing paint colors that don't bring out the orange in the floors has helped). But in the end, I expected much, much more in terms of service and helpfulness when I contracted with a company that charges such premium rates with their work. Since then, I've heard of several other refinishing companies that charge much less and do a better job, so I'd encourage anyone in the market to look at the smaller companies.

They leveled the floor and spent two days making sure everything was perfect before they started to lay the floor. It took them the whole week to install in just one room because they did such a perfect job. I would absolutely use them again.

Our floor is just over 1 year old now and still looks absolutely fabulous! The attention to detail and prep are some of the qualities that set our floor apart from the ordinary. I absolutely recommend Classic Floors to anyone who appreciates quality work done correctly.

We had wall to wall carpet on the 2nd floor. We had it all replaced with hardwood and tile floors.It was a good experience overall. The owner of the company worked with us very well. He gave us a clear run down on the pricing, so there were no surprises. It actually cost less than we expected.

I decided to refinish my old wood floors. I went to classic floors because a coworker recommended them. I received instructions and hands on experience with floor sanding equipment. I received much advice from a flooring professional. I proceeded with sanding, and finishing. I encountered problems with just about every step of the refinishing process. Pat Jones and his wife were always available and willing to help me...if they were rolling their eyes or cursing under their breath I never once sensed such behavior. They were so patient and encouraging to me. I know I was driving them mad, but they saw me through to the end. My floors look very nice and I am happy with them. I think next time I decide to refinish floors; however, I will just let pat and his crew do the work.. They are the best company that I have had interactions with in renovation/repair work on my home. I want to install a wood floor just so I can see them again. Thanks
