expectations. My floors look amazing, I could not be happier.
"As a Small business, Classic Floors takes pride in our customer satisfaction. . For over 25 years, working in our community, we have strived for excellent service to our customers, using quality products and workmanship. Our foremen work with our customers every day to help them choose colors for their floors. We advise our customers to call our office if they have any questions or concerns while we are working on their project, so it is disappointing this customer did not inform us of their concerns. When a problem is encountered, we do return to correct the issue. We were unaware that this customer has been unhappy for 2-1/2 years."
*UPDATE*
Our floor is just over 1 year old now and still looks absolutely fabulous! The attention to detail and prep are some of the qualities that set our floor apart from the ordinary. I absolutely recommend Classic Floors to anyone who appreciates quality work done correctly.
