We tried to call you when the check was received in the office to ensure you were happy. We do print on the contract, payment due upon completion and we try to set the expectation to pay when you are satisfied. We also had our 3rd party call company reach out when we did not hear from you on our attempt. We returned your call within an hour when you called while the Production manager was on vacation, we left a voicemail. We tried you again the next day and did not reach you. We followed up the following week and did not hear back from you. We apologize we were not able to call when you could answer."

"Thanks for posting Mrs. [Member name removed] As discussed in the warranty inspection in 2014, the issues you were having are not related to the painting completed in 2013. The evidence of the concrete raising and lifting the corner of your garage was the root cause of the peeling. The cracking in the garage floor, the crooked corner and the damage to the trim board were enough to tell us where the problem is. When we repaired that area for free, we kept the board we replaced and we could see it was painted on the areas that would be exposed."

I am always open to a discussion about any of our work. We make mistakes and we do our best to correct them."

"I am sorry to hear this Ms. (member name removed). I tried to call you after the job was completed to discuss the issues and was unsuccessful in reaching you via phone and email on 7-17-14. I am sorry for the delay the production. We try very hard to keep a schedule up to date; however, with the spring weather we experienced this year it was difficult to keep on schedule.
