Castle Windows

Everything went well. The installers were not satisfied with one window. They did not think it fit properly so another was ordered and delivered in a timely manner. So far we are pleased and think our air conditioner has not run as often with the new windows. Hopefully it helps with the heat this winter.

Excellent in all aspects. Of the various installers that I spoke with, such as Sears, Castle was the most informative and most knowledgeable of what the competition offered in comparison to what Castle Windows offered. The Castle unconditional warranty on labor and materials is superior to that of the competitors that I was considering, e.g. Sears and Lowes, Further, there was no significant pricing difference in the quotes received, but the financing plan offered by Castle, using Wells Fargo as the lender, was significantly better than the "best" offered by the competition. I initially started out intending to most likely have Anderson Windows installed, however, I was not able to speak directly with a Anderson Windows company owned installer since there is not one located in the Fort Wayne area. Finally, the5, Castle employee who did the actual installation arrived on time, was very polite and professional, and completed the job in a very timely manner, in spite of having to deal with scattered thundershowers.
