Cartridge World of Fort Wayne

The reason I am writing this report is because of the superb service I received from Thomm at Cartridge World. I had been buying refilled cartridges for my hp printer from several places around town, but found myself consistently dissatisfied with the quality of performance. All of the places were happy to swap bad cartridges or refund my money, but that wasn't the point; the point was that it is very inconvenient to have printer down time and the time spent returning the product. My search for another cartridge source led me to Cartridge World. I was impressed with my first contact with Cartridge World. When I told Thomm of the problems I was having he took the time to explain to me why their cartridges were better. He also explained that even though they have a quality product there may be times when a refilled cartridge will not perform the way it should. The difference, however, was that Cartridge World would service me; if I called they would actually come to my business location and replace the cartridge, no charge. Wow! After I had been using their cartridges for about a year I had to buy a new printer. I called Thomm and asked him for advice as to what printer I might want to buy based on his experience with printer cartridges. I'm glad that I did because the information he gave me really helped me pick a good model. He also gave me his personal cell number so that if I was looking at a printer after his store was closed in the evening he would be able to advise me. I actually had to do that one time and it saved me buying a printer that wouldn't have been satisfactory. I am a business man and I provide service to my customers; I know what service should be. When I receive service it means a lot to me; Thomm and his staff provide, not just a good quality product, but outstanding service. I recommend Cartridge World to anyone who needs good quality refilled ink cartridges.
