I was impressed with my first contact with Cartridge World. When I told Thomm of the problems I was having he took the time to explain to me why their cartridges were better. He also explained that even though they have a quality product there may be times when a refilled cartridge will not perform the way it should. The difference, however, was that Cartridge World would service me; if I called they would actually come to my business location and replace the cartridge, no charge. Wow!
After I had been using their cartridges for about a year I had to buy a new printer. I called Thomm and asked him for advice as to what printer I might want to buy based on his experience with printer cartridges. I'm glad that I did because the information he gave me really helped me pick a good model. He also gave me his personal cell number so that if I was looking at a printer after his store was closed in the evening he would be able to advise me. I actually had to do that one time and it saved me buying a printer that wouldn't have been satisfactory.
I am a business man and I provide service to my customers; I know what service should be. When I receive service it means a lot to me; Thomm and his staff provide, not just a good quality product, but outstanding service.
