I was very pleased with the guy who took my order. They had to figure out who was the manufacturer of the windows so that they could would on them. They did that without giving me any grief. My only problem was with one of the contractor. I gave him the money to pay and he pocketed the money. So I had to pay twice for the windows. The person who came to do the job for us helped us with the windows. I wanted French doors and they advised me on how I could install them without damaging anything else. I did not have any complaints with them. I would use their services in the future also.
