TV Repair, Appliance Repair
The repairman arrived at the time that he stated. He diagnosed the problem in a timely manner. After returning to the shop, he had the part in stock and called me back to say he would come back out later that same day to replace the part. He did exactly that. I was so thankful that he took the time to do this as I was going out of town on an extended vacation. It meant a lot to me to be able to use the washer before leaving on my trip and knowing that I would be able to use it when I returned home.
