Terrible. The worst experience I have ever had. Not only does Rick the owner lie through his teeth about everything, he doesn’t have the decency to return calls or honor his word. He will tell you that he will give you a “warranty” on his work but then when all his plants die tell you that there is none. I would recommend any other plant center in town besides this one. Stay clear of Broadview!

Rick the owner did landscaping for my family and it was a NIGHTMARE. He installed several evergreens and on the one he broke a pipe for our geothermal and is refusing to come out and look at it or even offer to fix it. He will tell you everything you want to hear and i mean EVERYTHING to get his money and during the process he will swear up and down that he never said things that we was going to do for you. He did and extremely lousy job and will OVERCHARGE you. It will take him months to do anything and before you pay him the deposit he will say it'll take a couple days to complete your project but it will really take a couple of months. So if you like being deceived, overcharged, and have things broken that will cost you thousands to repair then you should definitely call Rick and have him do your "Landscaping"

The service went okay. When they installed our landscaping before Thanksgiving, we thought we were finished, and then they sent us a final bill 6 months later. This was the first time that we used them. They were good. They had competitive pricing.
