Roger was very responsive to my initial call and arrived promptly on schedule. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had the work done within 45 mins. Very professional and courteous. Great experience and I will call him again if I need plumbing work done.

I'm totally satisfied with the work. I do a lot of do it yourself repairs but plumbing is my nemesis. So nice to have it done by a professional who takes pride in his craft.

We have called Blakely a number of times. We have always been very satisfied by their service. They come promptly and when they say they will. They do good quality work and always clean up after themselves. Mr. Blakely gave us several options about how to proceed with our repairs and saved us money.

I caught Roger at a good time; called in the morning & he was there that afternoon.  He replaced the trap under the bathroom sink, then used 2 different snakes to clear a really bad clog from old rusted pipes.  He even replaced the aerator on the faucet.  He was friendly, fast, professional & explained everything to me.  I would not hesitate to call him again.

They were too busy. Don't hire any of them. They didn't helped me so I tossed their paper away. When we called because we are handicapped and we need someone like them and they don't even want to come out and see what your problem is. My husband ended up doing that.

I've got nothing but good things to say. Roger Blakely, he came with his apprentice, which, I am in education, so I have always been excited when there is an apprentice coming to do work especially given that Roger is ready to probably retire I would say within the next five to ten years, so it's good that he is taking on apprentices and passing on the trade. They came and replaced my garbage disposal and he had his apprentice kind of fit it and he monitored the work to make sure it was done properly. I had an issue at the same with my water heater. It was kind of going out and Roger took a look at it and said, "I would put it within a condo building". And, instead of just saying, "Yeah, I'm going to do the work", Roger was honest and said, "Actually I don't think my insurance can cover a condo building, but here's the name of somebody I really like who can do it for you". He will tell you if it's something that he cannot do and that he should have somebody else do it. Then, I think the handle on my dishwasher was loose and he fixed that for me, just like hang out in there and noticed it.

Roger is the kind of guy who my parents will leave the door unlocked for and just let him come in and do the work. That's how much we trust him as a family. No way, he is awesome. His wife does the billing. They truly are like a family-owned business. Roger will call you. He will call you back immediately. He will schedule a time with you as soon as he possibly can usually you only have to wait a day or two if it's not pressing. If you have something horrible, he will meet you that day. He is just really really spectacular at what he does. He knows what he's doing and he has been in the industry for a very long time.

My mom and dad have used Roger Blakely for years.  My mom likes to tell people that he is the kind of plumber who you could leave the door open for if you couldn't get home and trust that everything had been handled in good faith.  When I moved into a new place, I had a few odd plumbing jobs that needed handled - the toilet needed recaulked, and the stopper on my bathroom sink was stubbornly stuck.  Even though my toilet had a rare part on it, Roger had the parts he needed in his truck and was able to handle everything with no problem.  The bathroom sink was an easy fix, but I have long hair that can easily clog a drain.  Because I was a new homeowner, I asked Roger to walk me through what he was doing to reset my stopper so I would know how to clear the drain in the future.  He walked me through it, and had me repeat the process with him watching to make sure I had it down.  He showed me how to do similar things to replace the toilet seat and handle, as well.
The second time I called Roger was for a really badly backed up kitchen sink.  Out of nowhere my disposal backed up and no amount of plunger power was working to unstick it.  Roger came within the hour, told me that it was most likely a clog that had been developing for years, and went to town on it.  The first snake didn't work, but he brought out a larger snake that really took care of the problem.  It took a good hour to get everything unclogged, but I have had no problems since.
I live in a condo downtown and Roger understands where he needed to park and knows his way around my winding building.  As far as I understand, Roger's wife does the billing.  This is truly a "mom and pop" business that I cannot recommend highly enough.

We called Roger Blakely after getting 3 different sewer opinions and estimates.  He knew that he couldn't do the job but he offered to come out to our house, take a look, and help steer us in the right direction.  He gave us great advice and even looked at a few other plumbing issues we were having for free.  We will definitely hire him when it comes time to make a plumbing repair!

Roger Blakley came out on 10/17/12 and gave me a free estimate on my problems with water line.  He did a good job explaining what the problem was and how he would fix it.  Appointment was setup for 10/20/12 - he said he would call on time on 10/19.  10/19 time was set for 12:30.  He arrived on time.  Repairs took approximately 1-1/2 hours.  He found an additional leak and repaired it for $10.00.  I was very satified with the work that was preformed.

He was professional from start to finish, did a great job, worked with me to make sure the project was what we needed in a reasonable price.  He has done work for me in the past and has always done a wonderful job.  I know that with Mr. Blakley I know he will fix the issue correctly the first time and the fix will last.

We had an old 64 year old American Standard toilet, original to the house that the iron part of the flush valve holding the threaded rod was stripped.  We had repeated problems with clogs too.  Plumber came on time, attempted to replace part, but it was frozen in place and executed an expedient repair for which he charged a minimal amount.  Although it lasted longer than I expected, the repair did not hold.  As agreed, he waived the earlier charge and agreed to replace the toilet as I had decided to do.  Again, he arrived on time, quickly removed and replaced the unit and left his work space clean.  As he was leaving, I asked about tips for changing a washer in a hose bib, which promptly replaced at no additional charge.  Throughout, he was professional, helpful, always explained options and seemed consistently concerned with quality and customer satisfaction.

Was very prompt.  Explained in detail exactly what he was doing.  Very honest and extremely informative. Pleased with his job performance.
