BEST CABINET REFACING

IT WENT PERFECTLY - ARRIVED EARLIER THAN EXPECTED - WHICH WAS WONDERFUL SINCE I'M AN EARLY-BIRD.  STEADY WORK THE ENTIRE TIME THEY WERE AT MY HOUSE . . . DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF CLEANING UP THE KITCHEN AND GARAGE FLOOR.   I WOULD (AND HAVE) RECOMMEND CAROLINE DENNIS AND HER BUSINESS TO ANYONE.  HAVE SHOWN BEFORE AND AFTER PICTURES TO FRIENDS, SO EVEN IF THEY'RE NOT INTERESTED IN HAVING WORK DONE, THEY'LL BE ABLE TO PASS THE INFO.

It is going very well - just like 2 years ago with the master bedroom closet work.  There has been an unavoidable delay due to a medical issue with the main craftsman/builder but Caroline has stayed in regular communication keeping us informed on the time line.  I have never had to wonder "where are they" I know from past experience, it will be worth the wait!  :-)

Carolyn, owner of Best Cabinets, was always welcoming and very concerned with doing a good job within our parameters. The work was done as promised. The only glitch was that a cabinet door that had to be replaced was delayed because a power outage affected the drying process in the cabinet maker's shop. The delay wasn't communicated for several weeks. We would use Best Cabinets again and have recommended them to others.

Since we already had good solid wood cabinets, they put on new hickory doors and installed an island for dishwasher and a drawer and cabinet for cookie sheets.

Company was easy to work with and very accomodating with selections and schedule. Once scheduled the work was done in one day, and was done cleanly and professionally. Overall it was a good experience.

The price was about medium. They were very quick about getting us a quote. They were prompt in getting it set up. They came in and got id done quicker then we thought.

The entire process took a little less than 60 days from initial estimate, to parts procurement, installation and resurfacing, and final clean up. They worked in conjunction with Gordon Creek Granite who did the granite counter installation along with a granite sink. The process involved removing the old doors and drawer fronts, sanding the cabinet areas, veneering the cabinet areas, and installing new doors and hardware. Best Cabinets also installed trim pieces below the granite counter tops, something that I would recommend as a nice finishing detail.

It was an awesome experience. They were here on time for the estimate. They did a fabulous job and did more than I expected. I love my kitchen.

Great. Came out for home visit bringing samples leading us to pick a color originally did not think would work. Did rough measurments for quote. Turn around time was fast compared to other quotes received. Competitive pricing. Great to do business with local small company.

I am 75% happy with the overall job. The door above the refrigerator does not match the other doors. They were going to reorder other doors but never did. I thought they could have been more professional in the way that they could have called back about if I was happy with the work. They made us feel like we were putting them out with our requests. I feel like we were all glad that the project was finished.

He came exactly when he said he would and left the countertop off, so I could paint the cabinets. He came back on Monday evening and completed the countertop.
