The heat treatment was scheduled within a week. Information was provided on how to prepare the house for treatment. Once the treatment was finished I was thrilled with the results. Follow up was performed after a month. I wish I would have called them first before wasting an enormous amount of money on a company that only used chemicals, which weren't working. Only heat will kill the bedbugs eggs, the bugs were literally laying eggs on surfaces that had been sprayed directly with chemicals every two weeks for 12 weeks. I also could have avoided moving everything out of my house if I had just gone with Bed Bug Destroyers and their heat treatment in the beginning. I highly recommend this company to anyone with bedbugs.
