The process started a week later than promised once started it was stated that it would take two weeks to complete. After two weeks we were promised it would be done on week three these dates are promises in writing from the owner. Week three the pool wast done, but yet another promise by the owner it would be completed week four. Week four is here and the pool
is still not complete. There have been broken promises, excuses, perfect weather days with no work being done, and no return calls from owner. The whole experience that was supposed to be fun and exciting has been a nightmare.

We had seen Atlantis Pools and Spas at a home show, we received extensive information from their sales man as well as their brochures. We went home and pondered over the idea and decided to visit their showroom. Once we seen the in store models and were able to actually sit in one we were sold!!
