The landscaper, which Arbor Farms recommended, was  Frazier Design and Renovations. Mike Frazier put our plants from Arbor Farms Nursery in our front of our house and then followed up with our yard. In the process of quickly doing our yard, Mike Frazier or his workers damaged our siding with their front loader. I have asked Mike Frazier numerous times to come back and fill in some bare spots and to fix the siding. He always says he is going to come out but never does. I know Arbor Farms supplied the plants for our front of our house because I chose them from there and when I went back to ask Dave Geller from Arbor Farms to help me get Mike Frazier to come back, Dave Geller was very, very, very mean to me when I asked him a number of times for his help. Arbor Farms' help said Mike Frazier was very busy and that $1975 was small potatoes to a landscaper. To me it meant a lot. I had to pick a ton of rocks from my yard after Mike Frazier put in the yard. There are still a lot left there and that has stopped some of the grass from growing. Maybe Arbor Farms isn't responsible for the damaged siding or the situation with the yard but Dave Geller could have been more helpful and friendly.

We were met on site by a representative (name escapes me at the moment) who listened to what we were needing and looking for. He directed us to a Bur Oak that met our needs and expectations. The office staff was superb and called ahead of time to arrange for the delivery and planting. When they arrived, the let us know what they were going to do and how to initially treat the Oak. Would and will use them again.

them again. We have bought several things from them but these are the most expensive and the things we had them put in for us. I would not be afraid to purchase anything from them and would believe anything they have to say. Think they are quite honest as a company.

My only concern is the trees themselves. They day after they were planted, we noticed some of the leaves at the top were withering and that the rest of the leaves looked small compared to the size of the trees. Thinking it might just be a reaction to the transplant, we waited several days to see if the problem would correct itself. In the meantime, we faithfully followed their watering instructions. Nothing changed. We called Arbor Farms and described the condition of the trees and were told they were probably getting too much water. We adjusted the watering schedule accordingly. They don't really seem to be dying but they're not thriving either. We'll probably ask Arbor Farms to come out to look at them before fall just to be sure. They are guaranteed for a year, so if they're not strong enough to survive the winter cold, I know Arbor Farms will replace them.

My experience was very good. It was wonderful. The Blue Spruce was purchased in May and they came and planted it three weeks later since they were very busy. Very nice young men came out. Our yard is like concrete and they worked and worked and worked to plant the tree. We had 90 mile an hour winds and we were watching the trees. Trees were uprooted and I was so excited because that Blue Spruce faired the weather perfectly. I thought the tree would be damaged by the high winds and it wasn't.

They were very knowledgeable and were helpful with making the right choices. They gave tips on doing it ourselves helping me to feel confident about what we were doing.
