I contacted this provided through Angie's List and they were a little slow in responding. When I spoke with the owner, he explained that I was the first person to contact him this way and that they had a new computer system which caused complications! He explained all the options. I set up appointment for Saturday for the technician to look at the location for the softener. He arrived on time and explained the basic installation. On Monday the technician called before he arrived and then installed the softener. He was fast and worked very efficiently, obviously experienced. He cleaned up all the installation mess and was done in about one hour.

They were timely and they had good follow through. We had one problem, and I had to call a plumber to fix the valve on the shut off. They were very accommodating. They got the job done in one afternoon. They did a nice job.

I contacted Aqua Systems regarding water softener and a water filtration system. Salesman was very professional and pleasant (not pushy at all). I called the next day to inquire about installation date and we set up for the following week. Installers were very professional and on time. They installed in approximately 4 hours. Technician took me through the process of changing filters on the filtration system and process for water softener. I was very pleased with service and professionalism.

The installer was rude and did things that I did not request. He dismantled the softener completely even though I did not request him to. He offered to put it back together but I declined. We were planning to use it in another home. However, it did have water in it that he did not help me dump out even though he had time. The water does not seem to be softer than our original one. I have to constantly hit the regenerator button to reset it. I need to call to have them come back but I was so disappointed with my original experience that I am hesitant.

"I met with (removed member name) back in October 2012. I apologized for the mix up on the removal of the old softener and its dismantling. My technician was confused of what was supposed to be done and he unfortunately made a mistake. I tested her water and checked over the system. I could not find anything wrong with its operation. Everything tested totally soft and seem to be operating fine. As an apology for the old softener dismantling I set up a free round of salt delivery for her. (removed member name) was very enjoyable to meet and I asked her to call me directly with any issues. I have not heard of any more issues involving the softener. Steve Crane Fort Wayne Manager"
