APPRAISERS BROKERS & CONSLNTS

They were the most unprofessional company we have ever dealt with.  We have had to move many times, due to Military career, so we were not new to renting. We were put into a situation that we HAD to rent a home due to the fact we had just lost our home to a major house fire. The Broker, Kathy Goonen was very scattered and not consistent in her answers. They did not have the inspection paperwork provided to us in a timely manner nor did they include all the paperwork that was noted in the mail. All of the keys were not handed over at the time of posession.  They did NOT turn over the pet deposit to the landlord, having the landlord inquiring to us about it,, we had to prove that the deposit was paid and the rental connection was keeping it. 
Upon leaving the rental, we were never offered a walk through inspection because the landlord took over posession, started making repairs while we were still paying rent on the property.
The landlord, Beth Marks, made changes to the home after we vacated, while still making the rental payments, then wants to try to charge us for those changes that we were made unaware of.
