+ 0 moreApex did not do any work. I could not get an estimate from Andrew. I received a card in the mail with coupons noting free estimates. I called and left a message. One week later he returned my call. He rescheduled our first appointment. He kept the 2nd appointment. He came out and we discussed the work I wanted done. He said he would mail me an estimate. Two weeks later I had not received the estimate. I called and left a message but no response was received.
Description of Work: No work was performed.
