Commercial Exterior Surfaces Powerwashing
I’m an artist and I needed to start a mural job on an exterior brick wall. The wall requires power washing. Since there was NO water source at the site, I had a dilemma. Brandon patiently listened and before long provided a SOLUTION! As my mural job was on-the-clock, Brandon & team came to the rescue the very next day! He explained the cleaners used and the process and what to expect. They did a thorough job and made sure that the surrounding area was taken care of before leaving. All for a very reasonable price. Brandon is a super nice and honest person. His quote was reasonable and he was able to do the job quickly. When he wasn’t able to clean the exterior of our gutters due to their age, he told us right away and didn’t charge us for the service even though he booked the time to do it. We will continue to go to him directly for any future services we need.

Your gutters were in very bad shape and you explained the downspouts have not been cleaned to your knowledge in the 20+ years you have lived there. We came on time, flushed the entire gutter system from 3 stories in the air. We absolutely cleaned up our entire mess as best as we could considering your property was covered with leaves and dirt ( that time of year). We take pictures of everything if you would like me to provide them. We did enjoy working for you and I hope to do business with you in the future."

Their pricing was very good compared to the other company that had contacted me. They soft washed my house (I have vinyl siding where a power wash would have water forced into the back of the siding) removed the algae and guaranteed their work for 3 years! If any algae shows up within that 3 year period, they will come out and wash again. I have not washed the house for a few years. The house looks GREAT!
