All service was wonderful except for the unneccesary booster which is sitting unplugged in the basement that cost us over $300 plus labor.

My home warranty company required me to have this company come in. I had woken up to a large "smelly water" puddle in my basement. The plumber came out on time, and looked at the puddle. At first he thought a line had broken, but when he was able to get under the table (previous owner had built in a workbench), he discovered a floor drain. He recommended a drain cleaning service. He tidied up the messy pile, removed the bottom of the work bench for me, so the drain cleaning company wouldn't charge me for it, advised me on how to clean and disinfect the floor when everything was done and reminded me to bring in my hoses from the outside so they wouldn't freeze. He was careful and didn't track any muck about the house.
