When I signed up with AllGreen, they said that my first application would be in 1-2 weeks.  Someone called me in week 3 to try to sell me more services.  I had them check their schedule.  They told me that a technician would be out the following week.  No one came until week 5.  I called to stop services.  They said we'll give you a discounted rate if you stay which they did, but they also promised that they would call me the night before an application.  The next time they came out I got no phone call the night before.
On a positive note, they do have an expert there named Rich that is very nice and knowledgeable.

SATISFACTORY

All Green treated 2 ash trees for emerald ash borer in 2010, and gave us a 2 year guarantee.  The one tree never recovered, but they did retreat for free in 2011.  They called in January 2012 to set up treatment for Spring 2012.  I agreed to have the better tree retreated, as long as they would retreat the worst tree.  They agreed, saying they would be out early April.  I got a call in March to see if I still wanted the treatment, and offered (was selling) additional treatment for other trees on our property.  I agreed.  They also said the treatment would be a little later in the spring, due to weather.  They never showed.  I thought they just went out of business, and had pretty much given up on the trees.  I was surprised to get a call from them in early September, asking if I was interested in other services!  When I asked why they never showed up for the tree treatment, they didn't know.  I told them to never mind.  Seems they were just interested in sell-sell-sell, but not in service.

They've always been right there if I need them to come back out if something is wrong. But that's happened very seldom in the last ten years. I get a discount with them because I pay annually. For the pest control it runs about $140, the grub $100, and lawn fertilization about $200. I will continue to use them for future care.
