They don't go there anymore; it is just too far away. They are too expensive. Besides the distance it would also be the lack of friendliness. They really never did anything other than shots. You had to always wait a long time.

It's been fine. It was a routine experience and the staff was friendly enough. They are reasonably priced and they communicate well with any issues that come up. They keep their appointments. At one point, they went through different testing options and the cost of each one. They were neutral and not trying to push me towards the expensive testing and I liked that. I also like that they match online prices for medications like Heartguard. The practice is just one doctor so the service is very personalized. They also make house calls, if necessary.

I should preface this with the warning that I have a tendency to get a little crazy when it comes to Monroe. I wanted to check the place out before I made an appointment. (I was looking for a long term vet for us to switch to from Banfield.) They scheduled a time for me to come in after work on the day that I called. I took a tour, told them a little about Monroe, and met Dr. Gupta. Everyone seemed very nice, and I was impressed with the tour. They weren't pushy about scheduling, but were happy when I wanted to.
My appointment was a week or two out, but I was able to drop Monroe off on the way to work and pick him up on the way home. He had the usual routine vaccinations, and got his teeth cleaned. They offered some extras, like a better anesthesia, and optional bloodwork before, which I chose to do. I stressed when we arrived that he was a little nervous, and I was very nervous, as he had never been under anesthesia before. I also said to feel free to call, text, email, facetime, facebook me at any time. They ended up calling me after each thing was done. They were very reassuring and kind. I really can't say how much I appreciated all the updates.
I picked up a new prescription for heartworm prevention. They asked if I wanted to purchase it there, and I declined, saying I normally go to Costco for Monroe's prescriptions. Then they offered to match the price, which I thought was very nice.

Dr. Gupta is really nice. He gives you his phone number and is always on call. I feel like if there is an emergency I am always covered.

Very courteous and professional. They even took Ruby's (dog) picture. I will schedule to have her teeth cleaned as they have the latest in sedation equipment as I have experienced "over dozing' at other vets. Their office hours are very convenient. Dr. Gupta makes house calls on Wednesdays and that it necessary sometimes for older people.

This was my second experience with Dr. Gupta and his friendly staff. The first visit was one of "end of life" for my dog. This most recent visit was to create a new account for my newly adopted dog. The Dr was able to accurately estimate age and breed. Also the Dr. checked everything from hips, heart, coat, eyes, mouth, teeth, and paws looking for any concerns. He provided me with the proper vitamins and supplements to maintain a healthy animal. I was impressed on how the dog responded to he and his nurse's (vereranary assistants) as some animals are afraid of Vererinarians. He commended me on my choice of a healthy, happy companion and assured me he believes my dog should be healthy for a long time and that he shouldn't have any genetic or congenital problems. I would reccomend Dr Gupta to anyone who really cares about their pet. Also, His assisting staff seem to eminate with confidence and competence. I give them "BEST IN SHOW" amongst all vets I have experienced in my 60 years.

My dog was so sick he had a siezure right in the veterinary office. The staff calmed me down and swooped my dog into ICU very very fast. The doctor emerged a few minutes later and explained that my dog was in critical condition. He felt the best and cheapest course of action was an x-ray. Results of the x-ray revealed that my dog had a severely dilated heart and certainly was not going to be long for this world. The Doctor gave me medicine which was all that could be done and wished me well. The very next day he called to see how my dog was doing, that was so nice. The dog made an amazing comeback and two weeks later after returning home from a night out I found my beloved dog passed away in his sleep. I appreciate the Doctor for giving me two final weeks with Gizmo. He made it possible for me to over-love him until he died. Thank you Doctor Gupta!

I have used Aboite Vet for many years. Everyone is very friendly and treats animals as their own. Last winter our dog had an emergency and they took us right in and performed surgery. They return phone calls promptly and answer all questions no matter how mundane. I will continue to use Aboite Vet for all my furry children.

Vet pointed out that the cat had fleas and came up with treatment plan for not only the cat but also the areas of the house that needed to be treated. They put the first treatment on for me and showed me how to do it. You can tell they care about the animals. My cat was totally freaked out when we arrived at the office and was very relaxed and calm when we left, despite getting shots. They were super nice, took the time to explain everything and answer questions. I did not feel rushed at all. I would highly recommend them for your pets!

I switched to Dr. Gupta three years ago. He has performed an ear crop on our Doberman Pinscher, and did a wonderful job. My doberman has a beautiful long show crop. He also recently neutered my Havanese puppy, and provided a quality laser surgery. Both animals healed quickly without any complications. I trust Dr. Gupta to genuinely care for our pets, and he continues to provide that for our family.
